TIPS: Tip: The Ultra bowl takes a couple of break-in smokes to season the wood and reach its maximum flavor profile. These can be done with or without Terpenes. Tip: When applying Terps, 1-2 drops is a good place to start. Terpenes are very concentrated and too much will degrade the flavor experience rather than making it taste better. Tip: It is a good idea to have a separate transfer pipette for each Terpene flavor bottle so as not to cross contaminate them. We suggest marking each respective pipette with a Sharpie marker to identify each. Tip: Depending on the Terpene strain, some are more strongly aromatic than others so experiment with your personal tastes and adjust the Terpene drops accordingly. Tip: When your Terpene bottle is so empty you can’t get another drop out with the pipette, do this: Fold a green filter disk and push it into the Terpene bottle. Let it soak for a bit and fish it out with the pick tool. It will have soaked up any remaining liquid and you can enjoy yet another fine magical smoke. Tip: If switching between Terpene flavors, it is best to rinse out your Ultra barrel with 91% Isopropyl Alcohol to remove previous flavor traces. This can also be done to clean out the pipettes should it be needed. Just be sure to shake or tap out any remaining alcohol from the pipette before reuse. Tip: To clean the Bowl and Barrel; Q-Tips and the included pipe cleaner dipped in 91% Isopropyl Alcohol are your best choice. Note: use the alcohol only on the bowl’s interior and not on the outer varnished surface. Tip: Store your Terpene bottles upright at room temperature with both tops on. Keep in dark storage, out of direct sunlight. Terpenes evaporate readily so keep them closed unless applying. Shelf life is about one year. Tip: If you are using the same flavor Terpene, the green filter is usually good for more than one smoke. Simply discard the white filter, put a couple of Terpene drops on the previously used green filter, install a new white filter, and enjoy again. Tip: If not smoking a Terpene flavor, you’ll find even a plain joint tastes better with your Ultra.
